Ryan and Megan had their first day of school yesterday. In the mad rush of the first day of preschool - which was also my first day back to work and Dylan's first day of daycare - snapping a photo was the furthest thing from my mind.
Ryan is very excited to be back at his preschool with the same teacher that he had in the spring. Megan had been talking about going to school all summer and was really looking forward to going but was very apprehensive on the actual day. She had a great day though and loves her teacher.
She still tells me everyday at the end of school as she gives me a hug "I didn't cry today".

They are so big! If it makes you feel any better, we have an after school picture on the first day of school. I don't have a baby or a job, and it was still too much to take a picture before school.

When I see your rapidly developing children, darlings that they are, I can see multiple visits to the Donut shop in their future. Sure wish we lived much closer so we could help with child care and have fun taking them everywhere they wish to go.
